Absolutely incredible. Terrifying. The texture looks like it comes from silent hill, the videogame. In fact, the whole scene wouldn't be out of place there. Amazingly disturbing work. This is a favorite, without a doubt. overwhelmingly upsetting, and with style!

Now that is brutal.

This to me is more horrific than just about anything I've seen up on DA...and it's so subtle! Awesome! That thing going into her back...ugh....and her pose...almost like she's trying to reach back there and get it out or something. Great manip from the original!

I think you could lose the swirly brushes though :-) (Smile)

Good stuff...I love that she's still alive...

Beautiful. The "sexy" smoothness and shadows in contrast with the brutally grungy blood and wounds.
The swirly brushes? Perhaps another composition, but I don't think you should lose them.
My favourite up to date.
